A delegation from Twahirah Islamic Center (TIC) had the honour of meeting His Eminence, Sheikh Shaban Ramadan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda. During this important engagement, we shared with him the remarkable impact TIC has achieved since its inception, including our efforts in Islamic education through our online school and charitable programs under Twahirah Islamic Charity Organisation (TICO).
We officially expressed our desire to collaborate with the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) and requested their support in accrediting the curriculum currently under development at TIC. This strategic engagement was aimed at aligning our educational programs with national Islamic standards, ensuring authenticity, and strengthening our mission of promoting Islamic knowledge and values both in Uganda and globally.
The Mufti commended our initiatives and acknowledged the role TIC is playing in making Islamic online learning more accessible and impactful.
